PSL 2020: PCB runs into multiple organizational hiccups at National Stadium Karachi

The opening ceremony of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 has already faced multiple organizational hiccups,
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) installed two screens at Karachi's National Stadium that are blocking the view from the Naseemul Ghani and Iqbal Qasim enclosures.
Tickets for the aforementioned enclosures, which were priced at Rs2,500 initially, have now been reduced to Rs1,500. However, it is unclear whether the ticket-holders will be allowed inside the stadium.
In addition, the PCB is yet to finalize the logistics of the payment.
According to Geo News, the two enclosures hold the capacity to seat at least 5,000 people and the blunder may set the board back by at least Rs5 million.
In addition, it was reported that the scoreboard of the stadium was also not functional.
The PCB had sent the scoreboard to a South African firm for repairs and maintenance, but it could not be completed on time for reasons unknown.
To make up for the issues, the board has reportedly installed a new screen on top of the old scoreboard, but it is not of the quality required for live sports transmission.
